Contingency Fee Agreements for Family Law clients

Introducing Contingency Fees in Family Law - we get paid when you do*

Some people may have difficulty paying for their divorce and family property matter upfront.  Working on your own legal matter is stressful and not recommended.

The majority of lawyers in Alberta require a deposit, called a retainer so that a lawyer will work with them on their family property law matter.

If you believe that you will be entitled to a split of matrimonial property following your separation or divorce, you may be in a position to have lawyers from our firm work with you to resolve your legal matter without paying this initial retainer.  We will get paid when you do.*

If this sounds like an approach you would like to take in your case, let us know, and we can meet with you to discuss your matter and whether we will be able to work together to get you the best outcome possible.  With over 40 years of combined legal experience in Family Law, Family Property/ Matrimonial Property, Unjust Enrichment and Divorce issues, we would be pleased to help you achieve the outcome that is fair to you and your family without the stress of having to keep up with your legal bills during the course of your legal matter.
